HR screen, hiring manager interview, 1/2 day multiple role/level interviews (VP, director, manager, analysts across product, engineering, ux) with live analytics exercise. The live exercise was hard, but amazing. It was facilitated by an analyst and you were presented with a use case where multiple data points were being collected and you had to use that to provide a hypothesis as to why there was slow down in the process. While there did seem to be a right answer that the interviewer had in mind, it was much more around how you thought through the problem. A lot of focus was given on time criticality and taking a big problem and distilling it down to the smallest priority analysis. Amazing experience and felt like they really got to see how I would approach problems on the job.
