The interview process for DraftKings is quick and efficient. The recruiter I had the pleasure to work with was Will G. There was a phone interview to start with the recruiter, and then for the in person interview I met / spoke with 3 other individuals at DraftKings. Will then reached back out via phone and answer every question and concern. DraftKings was extremely upfront and open about all aspects of the company.

Received an email from the recruiter about 3 days after i submitted my application to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was short and sweet, seemed like more of an initial screen to see if my work experience aligned with the job itself. Got my second and final interview where i met with 5 different team members over zoom for 30 min each (totaling to about 2 and a half hours)- this was fun! Also found it nice to switch up chatting with different personalities from the team to see how I connected with each one. Received my job offer today!
