There are three stages of interview. First interview was case based. It went for close to 40 mins. There was a pharmaceutical market access case which was given. Cases are generally open ended. Interviewers are helpful with data and helping when stuck with a process. The second round is generally with a senior management. It is more of experiential interview. The third round is HR round.

Commercial Awareness Presentation You’ll receive the topic of your presentation before your final interview date in order to prepare. The presentation will last roughly five minutes followed by ten minutes of questioning. Competency Interview This interview is with a partner in the firm. This interview differs greatly from the first interview, and is much more personable. There are no set questions. The interview will be competency based and will focus on career motivation and commercial awareness. Stay calm. If the interviewer is putting you under pressure, it is likely just to see how you respond. Typically by the partner interview stage, there are no competency questions.That said, make sure you go prepared with some general examples to back up your answers in case any random competency questions do come up.
