Just a couple of rounds, was pushed forward even without a proper transparency by this HR from The Company, I Had informed about my package clearly and they processed me for the first round and said I cleared and package was the concern. Later I followed up with the HR for a period of a month and was put in a false hope that the only concern they have is the package and he explained the Internal Selection process. First : If you have posted the Job Internally and looking for a person Inside you should not try Interviewing External Candidates. Second : When I clearly mentioned about my package the candidature should not have been forwarded. Third : I had to follow up every day and wake up with a dilemma that there would be a final round, Leave every thing at bay and make my self available every day so that I would not loose an opportunity for a month where you rushed me stating that the Position needs to be filled asap. Finally: Please understand it is a worst situation out there and every candidate understands the odds, When you do not have the status to pay you simply cannot keep a candidate at bay and play with their minds. Pathetic ways of playing with candidate.
