Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I could tell it was a high performing team with interesting work. They require 3 days in office for a global role (the teams I would be working with would all be in different countries so being in office makes zero sense) so I pulled out of the process.

The 2 1:1s one with the hiring manager and one with a stakeholder lead ended up being a 30 minutes interview where both of them were on it because they were slammed with work. They showed up late blaming the hecticness, didnt introduce themselves until the middle of the interview. It was hard to please both the hiring manager and the creative lead, which should be two separate conversations. Felt like they did not care. I asked to reschedule more time with the hiring manager, which the recruiter made a timeslot for, and then it was cancelled. Very unprofessional behavior from everyone involved.
