Quick and Painless, the hiring process has its own process. Apply directly online, then go thru the motions of the interview process, phone screening done by an independent agency. All interview schedules are done by email. Do not call anybody at Dow, they cant help you.

Entrevista
The interview process took a while, a total of 3 months. I first received a phone screening, then an interview via phone with two of the managers. After two months, I had a face to face group panel interview with the hiring managers. That took about an hour but was pretty good. I was even offered advice on things to interviewed with Coordinators and then the manager of the group. The interview went well. It helped to have knowledge of the company and its systems which gave me an edge. Also, the company does run a background check and performs a drug test before you're start date.
