There was a 3 round interview process. It went really well for me, at first it was me and a recruiter. Then it was me and HR and a couple people at the company. And the final interview was with 4-6 corporate employees who asked a lot of questions.

One of the questions was about an improvement you made, a time you failed, a time you took a risk, and collaborating with a team. The last interview process they asked a lot of questions. Questions based on their 4 pillars.
Video van 1,5 minuut insturen, vervolgens een volledige dag assessment centre (en de avond ervoor voor kennismaking) inclusief drie interview panels met steeds twee verschillende interviewers, individuele case en groep case.

Entrevista
Total of two interviews, primarily situational and behavioral questions. Approached their booth at a career fair then received a call later that day for a next day interview which was roughly 30 minutes long with two employees. A few days later received an email asking to schedule a second interview which was about an hour long and with three different employees.

I talked to a recruiter at our schools career fair. I was offered an in person interview the next day with two different recruiters. It wasn't too bad but I went in nervous.
