Most of the questions were behavioral based. The interview was about an hour. They definitely look for the STAR method when answering questions. There were some experienced based questions even though I had no formal experience. The interviewer was very pleasant and not intimidating. It was overall a good interview experience.

I interviewed for a summer internship position as a junior chemical engineering student. The interview was 2.5 hours long with 30-minute chats with 4 different people. The questions were straightforward and the interviewers were engaged in conversation throughout.

for summer intern, there is only one interview with both manager and technical person, which will take around 1 hour to ask your expertise and soft-skill questions. Technical person will ask a lot questions related to the job description in detail. The candidate need to have a very well prepared in order to get the offer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The questions are behavioral based and they are structured around the companies core competencies. The expectations for filling the role were explained in the interview.
