Ho applicato per il Supply Chain Rotational Program di Dow.
Il processo di selezione è stato molto lungo (telefonata, invio di un video di presentazione, partecipazione al cena di networking e assessment day).
Non avendo ricevuto risposta sull'esito entro la data comunicata, ho telefonato per avere informazioni. L'HR ha fornito una motivazione confusa e palesemente inventata sul momento per l'esito negativo. Ho chiesto di inviare un feedback scritto e non mi hanno risposto.
Non accettate l'invito all'assessment!

- networking dinner
- assessment day (3 interviews, business case, group case)
The results have not been communicated, and no feedback was provided for the exclusion. Don't waste your time with this company!

on campus interview then an interview at their facility in midland. very intensive 8 hour interview with brief, behavioral questions, sales simulation and lunch
