The interview was via Zoom, and went really great. We talked about my experience already being an executive assistant, and also talked about our hobbies. I thought everything went pretty well, but was told I wasn’t a great fit. There was no indication of that during the interview, as they told me my experience aligned with the job description. Was pretty disappointed.

Tell me about your experience with a difficult executive. How did you handle it?
Interview was straight to the point. I was asked about prior experience and availability. I was asked about compensation requirements as well. We went over the overall company culture and a day in the life as a remote executive assistant which included some of the task that they may receive.

It was a super easy process. The first round was an intro call with the hiring manager, the second was with team HQ team members. Everyone was super nice and really great team to work with.

Entrevista
Had 2 Zoom interviews with lovely talent acquisition people at Double. Intelligent, welcoming ladies and transparent about the process. 2 weeks later I had a phone call and they offered me the position and I accepted and a week later started with online training ad a live orientation with 2 other new Doubles. Extremely impressed with the overall process and people that they employee.
