Unstructured questions with the interview being conducted by someone who would report to the role being recruited for. Came across confrontational and most likely did not want to recruit the role. Did not understand technology by constantly making statements that did not make sense yet continued to say his incorrect info was correct when it was not. Came across as arrogant and made it clear working for Dormole was not a good idea with people in positions like this.
