Recruiter was late and rude about the questions I asked. She couldn’t even answer simple questions on like the expectation for hybrid and where the office was at. “I’m not from the area so I thought you would know. I’ll let you determine that,” was the response I got. She doesn’t even understand what CFTs were. When I answered her question, she said that doesn’t answer my question. What she was really looking for was the word EXTERNAL stakeholder. Pay was also similar to what I’m getting now and I’m fully remote! I told them that their pay range was not aligned to what I’m looking for and ended the call.

The process starts with a standard recruiting screen where you learn about the role and discuss your potential fit with the recruiter. Then you complete a two day take home exercise based on a data set that they provide.
