Onsite was 3 react interviews. Don't know what they look for even though did okay didn't clear me. 1 was more javascript question and 2 more focused on react. I don't remember the exact questions

This is one of the best interview process I've experienced in the bay area! The recruiters are very quick to respond , scheduling takes place very quickly after you submit your availability and timely response after the interview is shared Round 1: Phone call with the hiring manager Hiring manager reached out on linkedin, describing the position and team. The recruiter then scheduled a call for 30 mins with hiring manager. In this interview, he manily asked about my current experience , different technology stack i worked on and why i was looking for a change After the call, within the next hour, I got an email from the recruiter with the take home exercise. Round 2: Take home exercise The take home exercise is a very basic frontend exercise. It took me a day to complete the codng exercise . If you know the basic frontend, you should be able to complete it. After i submitted the coding challenge, the next day recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview with one of engineer Round 3: Interview with a Staff Engineer at Doordash This interview the interviewere mainly goes through the coding exercise you submitted. The questions revolve around the code you submitted & is very straight forward. They ask you about another approaches to solve the problem, if any After the phone screen, the same day , I got an email from the recruiter that they wouldlike to proceed with onsite interview Round 4: Onsite The onsite comprises of 4 rounds. 3 are technical rounds & 1 is behavioral round. Technical rounds include questions related to production release, knowledge about different frameworks, coding a new feature on top of your coding exercise, test frameworks After my onsite interview, the recruiter reached out the next day, saying 1 of the rounds did not go well, hence they would not be giving offer.
