Recruiter Screen: Recruiter was over 5 minutes late and not very professional Hiring Manager Interview: Did not seem prepared Panel Interview: Was informed I was moved to the final round of interviews then a week later received an email stating otherwise Very disorganized company

The recruiter reach out to me (I didn’t apply) and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was a standard pre-screen. I then had to completed a data analytics project with a 48 hour turn around. Again, it was standard and fairly straightforward. I was feeling good about my second interview with the hiring manager via zoom. However, her interviewing skills were AWFUL. She spent the entire interview on her cellphone and commented that I was dressed too professionally (I was wearing a white button up). Needless to say, I was sent an automated reject that same week.
