Overall, the interview process happened quickly. It was fairly efficient until the end. The interview focused on candidate experience and the tools I would use to make the company better from a candidates standpoint. It took 4 weeks from my final interview to finally receive an answer. After following up numerous times to get an updated, just to not be offered the job. For a company focused on candidate experience, they provided me with the worst candidate experience to date.
