      I had 5 rounds of hour long interviews, and on my 5th interview had to do a sales presentation which took 3-4 hours of preparation. After all of that, no job offer and ZERO feedback. Absolutely disrespectful and a waste of time.

      Entrevista

      The recruiter called and didn’t even want to get to know me. Didn’t ask me anything about why I wanted to join the company or my experience. Apparently reading my LinkedIn profile was enough? It wasn’t so much “I want to get to know who you are as a person”. I had to reschedule the next round interview and no confirmation was received until I chased up them up twice. The meeting method with the hiring manager was also inconsistent to the first interview. It just didn’t feel like this company is looking for people to build into their culture, more just like head counts needed.

      Had an initial phone screening and was then offered a 2nd interview. They sent a calendar invite but cancelled the meeting the day before, with no word or explanation. I reached out to see if the position was filled or if they needed to reschedule and I never heard back. My partner also interviewed with DoorDash (making it much farther in the process) and the experience was BRUTAL. Tons of phone calls, a project that took hours of work and he didn't hear from them for weeks. Wildly unprofessional in my experience.
