There was no process. If you have someone with in the store it is relatively easy to get a job. High turnover of drivers means that stores are constantly looking for drivers. Walked in meet the owner was given the information pack to fill out and started that weekend.

Interview was fairly easy. This is a job that will take people with little to no experience so the interview is to make sure you are ok with the many tasks that working at a busy pizza place requires and whether you will fit in with the culture.
