I gave my resume to them at a career fair at my university. Got an on-campus interview a couple weeks later - worked through one basic technical problem. Got called back for an onsite interview a few weeks after that. Company paid for everything and one of the managers even drove me back to the airport himself! Full day of interviews, with lunch and a tour of their facilities. Mostly all technical questions and technical discussion of things on my resume. They want to stay small, so anytime they are hiring in the near future it will only be a few people, so its very competitive.
