Completed three phone interviews, no formal interview. HR called for the first interview. Another manager within the company called me next. Then the department manager called. Applied online. Process took about four months. I did my research about the company and always had the information close by. Set a large call back window between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM.

Asked in depth project and highlight oriented questions. For interns, went straight to a final round interview over the phone. For my first interview, I spoke with two members of the department to discuss my experiences and the role. They gave me their backgrounds.

Online application that was mostly all the basics of any internship position. This was followed by an in-person interview - panel style with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The questions were tough, but somewhat predictable in terms of the technical aspects. Interviewers were helpful, and didn't expect you to know everything
