The interview was a one hour process conducted by a panel of 4 technical folks who were managers or supervisors. There was no HR interview or prescreening. The interview was very professional and informative with a good amount of structure but plenty of flexibility for free form input I wanted to add. I really enjoyed the interview and the panel.
