Panel interview featuring three interviewers. Asked mainly behavioral questions, knowing this beforehand I reviewed and prepared answers following the STAR interview technique. Was a little uncomfortable at times because there was a lot of writing following every answer, but it wasn't too bad. I left the room feeling that I was well prepared and gave myself a good chance to acquire the position.
