Then had more informal questions about my resume and past experiences. Whole process took about an hour. They contacted me the next week extending an offer

STAR format situation, task, action and result. Interview takes 45-60 minutes, It is a panel interview that is graded. Did not feel rushed to answer questions friendly environment. I took my time to answer the questions.

Clean, fairly straight forward. 1.) Web, 2.) Questionnaire, 3.) Zoom meeting. Interview questions seemed fairly reasonable for an analyst. Heavy reliance on Excel and database. Benefits seemed reasonable. The person I Zoomed with seemed dynamic, intelligent and friendly as well as very organized in their approach to interviewing candidates.
