Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

Took all of five minutes. You come in ask for the manager, and they take you to the office. they ask you about five questions and either offer you a job and your starting pay, or they tell you they'll call you and let you know. (you didn't get the job then, sorry)

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
