I applied in December and received my first interview about three weeks later. The initial screening went well. After about two and a half weeks, I was invited to speak with the hiring manager. That interview felt okay overall and was more towards my experiences and what college projects I've done.
The following week, I had two more interviews (third and fourth rounds), each around 30 minutes long. The interviewers asked about my experience, college assignments and relevant skills.
Unfortunately, I never heard back after my last interviews. I followed up a week later, expecting at least an update, but received no response. I followed up again two weeks after that, in case my email had been overlooked, but was ignored once more.
It was disappointing to go through several stages of the 2 months interview process without any closure. Clear communication, even if it's a rejection, is the least a candidate deserves after investing time and effort,
