Entrevista
Contacted by HR a week after applied online. 3+ round of interview in total.
First round telephone technical interview for 60 mins.
Second round onsite interview with two test engineers and one development engineer for 1.5 hours.
Not passed the third round without knowing the reason.
I can full recommend to give you a try in Dolby. It was very interesting and challenging experience even though I didn't get a final position, firstly you have phone call, then talk with managers, then technical interview and decision.

Entrevista
One day I received a mail asking for my time from recruiter. They set up my phone interview. This phonic interview went well and team manager liked my experience and he invited me for group interview. They are really flexible in timings and are good at communicating candidates. Group interview started on time with software and hardware skills questions. All people who interviewed me were very good to talk. Everyone introduced themselves and started with normal conversation. Questions were easy since I am working in the field. However one person who is honcho of development started with questions where other people thought it would be tough to answer those.
Overall good experience of interviewing with Dolby. I learned few new things and I wished to make it there. Unfortunately I could not. They were supposed to reply me immediately within 1-2 business days but reached a day after with rejection. Reason for rejection was they found a better candidate than me. Anyways I am looking forward to work with them since it would be an ideal career path for a person like me who loves video and audio engineering.
