Interview was great. Google Meet video calls. The interviews were not too long, questions asked were relevant to the job. There were multiple rounds of interviews. Mostly technical questions, some were behavior type questions.

The interview was thorough and well-structured. It began with an initial screening call, where I had the opportunity to discuss my background, skills, and career goals with a recruiter. Following that, I progressed to a soft skills interview, where we explored aspects such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Subsequently, I moved on to a technical interview, which delved into my expertise in AWS and Kubernetes architecture, application modernization, and related domains. I then had a leadership interview, providing insights into how my experience aligns with the team's goals and values. Overall, the process was efficient, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly.
