I applied through an agency - who gave me a good grilling over the phone. I sent my CV to them and then had a long telephone interview with HR. I was invited to a face to face interview with my Manager, and this was about 40 minutes. I was invited back for a second interview with the manager and another member of the team. I received an offer about 3 days later and my contract was posted to me a week later.
