First round was with recruiter to understand about the role. Recruiter informed me there will be 4 rounds including Hiring Manager round. First Round - Technical Screening - Leet Code easy and medium problem. Was able to solve both of them in 30 minutes. Had a discussion on current project. I thought I did pretty well in this round. But, haven’t heard back from them after this round. Surely ghosted me 🙏

Pathetic Candidate experience and recruitment team and has no idea on what talent they really want, and do not honor candidates' time. I had my interviews scheduled without preference. Candidate experience unreachable over phone, and barely responds to email. Recruiter goes back and forth on the title. Believe this is India specific,vs other regions
