Applied online -- initial recruiter asked for availability and details, which were then requested again by a different hiring recruiter. Initial interview by hiring recruiter started about 15 minutes late. Second interview was a "technical" interview that turned out to be nothing more than a leetcode exercise. Given the level of effort to actually determine technical ability, decided this was not the company for me. Overall it was a disappointing experience that really gave me a feel for the lack of culture fit.
