Overall the process is as other people stated.
1. Initial phone screen with a recruiter
2. Phone call with a Sales Manager (previous MDR)
3. 3-panel interview with Account executives, current MDRs, and Sales Managers
The process was quick overall. However, after the final round of interviews, it took about a week and a half for them to get back to me with a generic rejection email. Personally, the 3-panel interviews went well so I asked for feedback but never got it.

Overall, it was a positive interview experience but felt dragged out, 3 interviews over the span of 5 weeks. The process began with a quick phone screen, followed by a 30-minute conversation with a sales manager. The third round was a panel interview with 2–3 sales managers.
For the third round, I was assigned a prospecting and cold email exercise but did not end up going over it.

Why sales? Why you? Tell me about a time you faced objection and how did you handle it. What is your communication style? What skills do you have do you think will transfer over?
