I was contacted by 1st stage reviewer and had a short friendly interview. As a next step I was scheldued zoom interview with team lead. Team lead was quite unfriendly. Did not want to create friendly atmosphere despite my efforts. Crtisize openly my job experience and skills. I had a feeling I had an examination with no previous notice. The team lead also was not brilliant and clear at expressing ideas and asking question in English, partly due to some accent. Demand was to know three different industries and answer random somehow related to these field questions without preparation. Very bad experience. Outcome of interview can be different, but interview should be at least friendly and you should know before what topics will be covered. I am happy I do not have these person as my team lead. I suppose such people should not be interviewers especially for US companies.

Applied online, recruiter contacted for availability then ghosted. Not sure what is going on. I really like this opportunity but it’s been 2 weeks since the recruiter ghosted me. I’ve sent follow up email multiple times.
