Application was submitted with a referral. I received an email a week later from the recruiter. We met for one initial screening call that was about 20 minutes. I was told she would connect with the hiring manager and get back to me. I did not hear back from her. A month or so later the same recruiter reach out to me to schedule a screening call for the job like we had never spoke before.

Phone screen - the interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it went an hour with the recruiter asking full STAR scenario questions. The expectations for this interview were very poorly communicated which I don't think set me, the candidate, up for success. Every other phone screen I've had has been pretty standard (15-30 minutes, overview of the company/role, brief verification of experience and background, salary expectations etc.) and this really broke the mold. I would have expected these questions at the next hiring manager interview.
It was super good, very helpful and supportive interviewers. it was two rounds for me and a recruiter screen. I wanted to firstly mention that both my interveiwers were very nice and accomodating.
