Weird that this seems to be a consistent theme with this company… recruiter reached out over a week ago asking for my availability then has totally ghosted. Really interested in the opportunity so still hoping someone will reply eventually, but typically when someone asks for your availability they are looking at the next week or two… by now all of the options I had given have passed.

After four phone interviews and a multitude of emails (proactive on my part) spanning more than (30) days, I was subsequently told that the position was "on-hold" aka ghost job.
