Very smooth process! Applied for the role and got a call back the same day. The entire interview process took 2.5 weeks. Spoke to the hiring manager first then with others over the next week. Christy was really awesome and her communication was great! She was super transparent & I never wondered if I would hear back. I also felt like she advocated for me during the negotiation process.
