Several process steps where you get asked the same questions over and over again. Sometimes even by the same people, where I wonder why?
While I spoke to 5 different people, and always got lengthy positive feedback, I didn’t get an offer. This in itself is okay, but the way the message was delivered was shocking.
A mass Mail without a proper explanation.
After having put 10-15 hours in several Interviews, a case study and a role play, it was very shocking and from my point of view very unprofessional!
Would definitely not recommend this company from my experience.

First question will be around visa status, if ur not a PR or citizen u cannot get into this role. Simple as that. Used alot of storytelling to build up from where i came and how i ended up where i am today and why i was here applying itnerviewing for this role

Three rounds of interviews, 1st round with recruiter over the phone, 2nd with sales manager roughly 30 minutes and 3rd interview with a panel of managers (mock call and project included) which ran for an hour.
