Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Docusign (Seattle, WA) en mar 2020
Entrevista
This has been the worst interviewing process I have ever experienced. I was referred to an Account Manager position in February 7, 2020 and contacted for a phone screen by a recruiter. It took two follow-up emails from me to get the interview scheduled, followed by a same-day cancellation, and 3 more follow-up emails to finally get the phone screen scheduled for March 3. I then interviewed with a manager of the team on March 6 and went through a full loop on March 12. During the interview I was told they were rethinking headcount and that they'd know more in a week, so I decided to give them some time to get back me. After a week and a half, I followed up with the recruiter. I was told he would have more information at the end of the month.
I will make a very long story short here: Over the next FOUR MONTHS, I was strung along by the recruiter who would schedule calls to provide me with an update then be either 10+ minutes late or a no-show. He told me the best way to get ahold of him was via text, but that only led to more no-responses. The last response I received from him was on June 23, saying there was still no update.
On July 24, I got an automated response from DocuSign's system: "Regarding your application for Docusign" with a typical response you would receive after submitting an application and then never hearing back... "We received lots of applicants... we're moving forward with someone else..." blah, blah, blah. I tried to reach out to the recruiter a few more times but, of course, no response.
Only because I have multiple friends who work at DocuSign and love it, I went against my better judgement and was referred to another position on the Partnerships team. Things progressed much more smoothly and timely, but after my final interview loop last week I followed up with the recruiter on Friday (and then again on Tuesday after no response) asking if she knew when the team was expected to make a decision since I had a pending offer I needed to respond to by Wednesday. I received: "I am hopeful we will have next steps identified in the next few days." Not at all helpful.
I have no doubt once you are in at DocuSign things are wonderful, but, once again, this has been the worst interviewing process I have ever experienced.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We'd like to understand more about your experience. Please reach out to our VP of Recruiting, Nic Jagoe, at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com if you are comfortable sharing more details.

Over five rounds - drawn out over six months - timeline for hire changed 4+ times - recruiting made false promises - after six months of interviews, I received a generic email response saying I didn't get the role - never experienced a more disorganized and drawn out process in my career. You'd think a company of this size and stature would have more composure and empathy.

Pregunta 1
- Why Docusign?
- Tell me about what previous managers would say about you
- What would your teammates say about you?
- Previous quota attainment
Normalmente as vagas abertas já possuem alguma indicação, eles levam muito isso em consideração, então quando você não é indicação, acontece a primeira conversa com RH, e não se tem mais retorno.

Casos de sucesso em trabalhos anteriores, metas superadas...
It was an okay experience. The questions were pretty standard. They made it seem like I was a perfect fit for the role but then didnt get it. Pretty vague as to why I didnt get an offer
