Spoke with an HR person for the initial screen. Perhaps she was having a bad day - she did not act at ALL interested in anything I had to say. It was like talking into a soundproof room. Zero feedback, dead silence on the other end. I didn't get any messaging about the company, the position, the hiring manager. NOTHING. Maybe I was a diversity interview and she got to check the checkbox. Look, I really don't care if you're not interested in me. Just don't waste my time on an interview you're clearly not invested in.
