Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Docusign (Seattle, WA) en sept 2020

      Entrevista

First interview was a basic phone call to go over the position and the company. They ask why you would like to be employed by Docusign. Relatively straightforward and to the point. Second interview consisted of a Tech Screening which entailed asking basic tech questions such as the most challenging case you have worked in the past and a walk through of how you would troubleshoot a specific question. This was my 2nd time interviewing for this position, and this company is by far the WORST at effective communication. I got an email for a third interview which I had email THREE times regarding availability. To which I received no response for a scheduling the final interview. I will never be applying for this company again as they are horrendous at responding to emails and do not care to follow up at all. So if you end up applying for this position keep in mind that they will ghost you at a moments notice. I hope the company takes this review as an example and to speak with their recruiting team in regards to emailing back to potential new hires. But again, if you wish to apply keep in mind the lack of professionalism on their end. I've had better interview processes with McDonalds, because they actually provide you with a response. The starting salary and benefits are too good to be true since they seem to all talk, especially during a pandemic when so many are unemployed. This company should not be rated one of the best companies to work for in my opinion. Companies that are the best to work for provide communication and actually check their emails. Step your game up Docusign unless you plan to continue to be this much of a let down.
