The interview process was pretty typical. There were a couple of screener-type interviews with recruiting, and then the hiring manager and one of his peers. Once those were completed, we did a few interviews in one day which were with one of my potential peers, a salesperson, a panel where I needed to do a business case presentation, and then formal interviews with the hiring manager and his peer. Lastly, was a formal interview with the hiring manager's leader. All in all it was a pretty typical process. What I found unusual about this process (in a good way) was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the recruiter. It made what is sometimes an arduous experience easier to get through.

Recebi uma abordagem da recrutadora através no Linkedin, realizei uma entrevista com a recrutadora, depois tive uma entrevista com o gestor que fica nos EUA e um par, ao final recebi a oferta. O processo foi excelente, desde primeira conversa fiquei encantado com a empresa, a recrutadora foi muito simpática e tirou todas as dúvidas que tive no processo de maneira muito rápida, o gestor foi muito bacana e me deixou confortável. Estou muito feliz com a oportunidade.
