Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Docusign (Seattle, WA) en may 2020
Entrevista
I interviewed with DocuSign at the end of April/beginning of May after being referred by a DocuSign employee. The process started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a call with the hiring manager, then a Zoom panel consisting of three, 30-minute sessions. The Zoom interview round was held on May 6, and a follow-up call occurred with the hiring manager the day after. On that last call, I was informed that the team was "reviewing headcount" and that I should have a final answer the following week.
The next week came, and I heard nothing from DocuSign. Over the course of that week I emailed & called both the recruiter and hiring manager several times but did not receive a response. Radio silence continued for some time, until I came to Glassdoor and saw that a few others had a similar experience as me. From those Glassdoor reviews I found the email address for the VP of Talent Acquisition, so I decided to reach out to them to share my experience. Much to my surprise, they replied within an hour with the Head of Sales hiring copied on the email, assuring me they would get me an answer ASAP.
The recruiter finally got back to me on May 28 saying they were still interested in my candidacy, but that they were still assessing some things before making a decision. At that point they mentioned I should have a final decision by "early June."
We reconnected almost a month later on June 23 when I found out that the fate of the role itself is still in flux. It was in that email that the recruiter mentioned they should have an update by that Thursday, June 25.
We're now more than half-way through July, and I still have yet to hear anything whatsoever - no rejection, no offer, no potential next steps, nor updates on timing/the fate of the role.

Over five rounds - drawn out over six months - timeline for hire changed 4+ times - recruiting made false promises - after six months of interviews, I received a generic email response saying I didn't get the role - never experienced a more disorganized and drawn out process in my career. You'd think a company of this size and stature would have more composure and empathy.

Pregunta 1
- Why Docusign?
- Tell me about what previous managers would say about you
- What would your teammates say about you?
- Previous quota attainment
Normalmente as vagas abertas já possuem alguma indicação, eles levam muito isso em consideração, então quando você não é indicação, acontece a primeira conversa com RH, e não se tem mais retorno.

Casos de sucesso em trabalhos anteriores, metas superadas...
It was an okay experience. The questions were pretty standard. They made it seem like I was a perfect fit for the role but then didnt get it. Pretty vague as to why I didnt get an offer
