I was referred by someone within the company, who mentioned that they were looking for someone with a specific set of skills and experience, which I happen to have. I was contacted by a recruiter within DocuSign, and then had a phone screen with her.
Following this, I had an hour-long phone interview with the hiring manager and person who would be this role's manager. I felt it went well, and it seemed like a good fit on both sides. I then had two more hour-long phone interviews with other managers on the team (everyone was in a different city). Both of these I also felt went well, although one conversation was more in-depth and intense than the other.
The recruiter then contacted me and told me next steps would be to have me come to California to meet senior leadership in person. Great.
A couple weeks later, I hadn't heard anything so I emailed the recruiter to ask about an updated timeline and reiterating my interest. She told me she was touching base with the hiring manager that day and she would let me know later. She never did. I contacted her again about a week later to follow up, no response. Wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a quick email letting me know they were moving forward with other candidates. Very rude and unprofessional.

The interview process wasn't too lengthy but included lots of conversations and a final presentation. HR set up multiple interviews in one day and was motivated to keep the momentum going as opposed to long lag times between conversations.

Flawless process: first being contacted by the recruiter and then applied for the job, Three round of interviews. Final round included a use case presentation in front of wider audience.
I had four interviews with different people in the team, over the phone and Zoom. Questions were normal questions about my background and experience and a lot of “tell me about a time when…” type questions.
I felt everything had gone well and was told by their internal recruiter that the next steps would be for me to fly out and meet with the team in person. But then they completely ghosted me, never responded to a follow up email a couple weeks later and just decided not to bother contacting me to let me know they’d gone with someone else. Really rude.
