The interview loop was fairly standard: - Call with the recruiter - Webex with the hiring manager - On-site interview loop Pros: - Everyone in the interview loop was extremely nice and passionate about the work they are doing and teams they are leading/working with - On-site visit was well-organized with clear instructions and a list of parking options provided Cons: - It took a while to hear back after each interview step - I got put in touch with a different sourcer, recruiter and scheduler at every new step - Took about a week to hear back after the phone screen, two weeks to confirm on-site and it’s been 2.5 weeks now since the on-site and I haven’t heard back. Note that I haven’t been proactive about following up since the on-site - The on-site loop took 4 hours. There was a 30-minute in-person interview to start, 3 Webex interviews in the middle and 1.5 -2 hours for case work and presentation at the end. It didn’t make sense to do the Webex interviews from the Docusign offices
