Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Docusign (Seattle, WA) en abr 2013

The interview process was structured in the sense that it was well organized in overall form, however each interview had a refreshing degree of fluidity for the interviewer and interviewee. There were 5 interviews in total. The initial phone interview was conducted by the recruiter; he was pleasant and easy to talk to - I actually enjoyed speaking with him. I was kind of shocked; he seemed authentically interested in speaking with me. The conversation was informal and for the purpose of establishing basic rapport and to gain info necessary to determine if the process should proceed. The recruiter piqued my interest in DocuSign.
Following the recruiter's discussion about me with the SDR sales manager, I was invited to an in-person, 2-hour interview: 30 minutes with 2 SDR team members, respectively; 1 hour with the SDR sales manager. Both team members were engaged and seemed desirous to get to know the person who would potentially join their team. They both also seemed to really enjoy what they do and enjoy working for DocuSign - I was interviewing them as well. The SDR sales manager blew me away! It was the first time in the job hunting process that I had come across a manager who had reviewed my résumé and yet chose to not concentrate on it for the majority of the interview but instead was more interested in getting to know me, what drives me, what I want out of life, all that I would contribute to the company, and - this was very important - what I expected from the company in return. He was willing to throw out the "interview questions" and have a real conversation. I arrived to the interview excited about DocuSign; I left the interview ecstatic.
I was invited back to have coffee with another sales manager. (Note: The recruiter's helpfulness and engagement continued throughout the entire process. He followed-up with every interview and made himself available for questions, concerns, or however he could be helpful. I really appreciated that, and I did reach out to him.) This sales manager, too, was very impressive - I am not easily impressed. He wasn't looking to identify someone who would be a good worker, pleased with working for a good company. He was looking for a leader who is passionate about making a great company greater and taking others along for the ride, while enjoying the experience. His life philosophy resonated greatly with mine. Before the conversation was over, I knew DocuSign was my company. Every person I met progressively affirmed that belief.
I had been searching the market for a decent period of time, several months to be exact. I had interviewed a lot...a lot!! I was fortunate to receive several offers from companies, however I kept searching because I hadn't found the right fit. DocuSign caused me to stop my search.
SDR sales manager turns around and looks over Seattle skyline. Then question: Look at this (all the skyscrapers). Hundreds of companies would have hired you yesterday. Why this? Why this position?

Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
