45 min 1st interview . Was approached initially via linked in then a basic 15 min phone screen before a 1 on 1 1st interview in person. The interview was nice enough, I didn't get a 2nd one but that was due to my lack of prep. They followed up to let me know so fair enough

I interviewed with this company, went through 3 rounds to the VP interview stage and never heard from the company again. I left it a few weeks assuming I missed out and contacted the recruiter for any feedback - I also did not hear from the recruiter.
