Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Docusign (San Francisco, CA) en ene 2017
Entrevista
I was emailed the day after sending in my CV to have a preliminary phone interview with HR out in the East Coast. During that call, a phone interview with my would-be manager was arranged for the following day.
After I spoke with the department head, I was then asked to come in for an onsite interview to meet the entire team the following week. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that the team were all on leave, so I'd only be meeting my would-be manager in person in this instance, and would be asked to come in the following week to meet the rest.
The interview seemed to go well in person - it was an HR department role and the department head spoke at length about her desire to make Docusign's interviewing process as smooth and pleasant for applicants as possible, which I admired. The turnaround from sending off my application to first in-person interview was about a week.
The only problem? I never received any kind of follow-up afterwards. No invitation to meet the team. No "sorry, we went with a different candidate." Not even a "things are busy, but you'll hear from us soon." I've sent several follow-up emails to more than one person, but have received no reply from anybody at Docusign - a disappointment, given it's been over 2 weeks since the in-person.
Thank you for your feedback. We are reaching out to the recruiter and recruiting coordinator to find out what happened. We apologize and wish you the best of luck in finding the right position for you.
