Initial phone screen, phone interview with hiring manager, round 1 in person interview (3 people), round 2 interview (2 in person, 2 over phone/video). Lengthy process, 2 1/2 months but understandable. Hiring manager went out of town. But remained patient and waited it out which paid off and was well received.

Got an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screen. Two minutes after the phone screen was to start, I got an email from her saying she was at the doctor with a sick kid, so we rescheduled. Then 45 mins before the rescheduled call, she emailed me saying she was out the rest of the week, so we rescheduled for the following week. My spidey sense told me something was off. The next day, I got an email from her saying the interview was cancelled because the role "is being re-evaluated and opened under a new level with different responsibilities," so she obviously wasn't out of the office. I wasn't surprised by this based on what I read on Glassdoor about this company. I think I dodged a bullet.
