I had to firstly apply online
then there was a Phone Interview with a member of the team
I was then invited to an Onsite Interview with the team and this was about an hour and a half long. i got to meet all the team members individually and ask each of them questions about their role the cutler of DocuSign and the companies growth.

Entrevista
First was an phone call with an interview coordinator who gave information about the role.
Then a quick interview with the team lead.
Finally a further interview with two team leads and experienced coordinator.
Disappointed that the feedback was that I was ‘nervous’ therefore I was not offered a job. I’d like to see a potential employee who isn’t nervous during an interview process.

Entrevista
Initial phone interview with the hiring manager. SHe was really nice and asked me a few questions about myself and gave me a rundown of the position.
Following day scheduled a meeting with the team (4 one-on-ones). Got the offer the day after the second interview.

Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by a Recruiter the same day to set up a phone screen for the very next day. During the call, the Recruiter asked me to come onsite the following morning at 8:00am to interview with the team. I really appreciated how quick the process was. The team was fairly new and each member was pleasant to speak with. What bothered me most was that the Recruiter had asked me to come in pretty early in the morning, just a day after our phone screen, which I was completely fine with but no one ever contacted me after the interview to let me know of their decision. I felt like, at the least, I should have had a follow-up e-mail or phone call after taking the time to come into the office to let me know of their decision. It was a negative factor that impacted an otherwise decent experience.
