Very shallow interview process. First round was behavior with a high-level review of experience based on my resume. Questions were centered around explaining duties at previous roles, how you handle management, work style, etc. Second round was with the department supervisor. More questions about working with management, scenarios based on experience. Very short interview followed by a 15-minute test that was to be completed after the Zoom meeting. The supervisor was very disengaged during the interview, almost as though they were simply going through the motions to check off a box that they had interviewed outside candidates, yet had already had an internal or family candidate ready to hire. Ghosted by the supervisor and hiring manager.
