I recently had an interview experience that left a lot to be desired. After being contacted by a recruiter, I was set up to speak with two interviewers. Unfortunately, they both showed up 15 minutes late without even acknowledging or apologizing for the delay. The interview itself, which was supposed to be 30 minutes long, felt rushed and ended up being cut short. Despite this, I stayed professional and followed up afterward, but I never heard back. No feedback, no updates—just complete silence. The whole process felt really unprofessional, and the lack of communication after the interview was disappointing.
