Horrible communication and process. The interview consisted of the committee telling me how horrible Doane is and how many changes need to be made. Timeline kept changing for decision being made. No communication and then no one followed up to let me know I wasn’t chosen. Glad I didn’t get the job here sounds like there was a lot of problems within.
